Keeping small children “busy” during the ceremony!

 

The best way to keep small children “busy” and hopefully from interrupting your beach ceremony is with toys.  It is unrealistic to have a gathering on the beach and expect children to behave like adults; children want to play when they see sand! I always recommend my brides to include this suggestion  on their wedding invitations; “bring beach toys for the little ones”.

My favorite site for inexpensive wedding “stuff” (Oriental Trading.com) sells small beach pails by the dozen and I thought – what a good idea; these would make a perfect favor for any beach wedding AND will also work as a “nanny”  during the ceremony
